A general education chemistry course that uses the empirical inquiry methods of science applied to the interaction of molecules--in foods, in the environment, and in medicines--with humans. Course Information: 4 hours. Credit is not given for CHEM 105 if the student has credit in CHEM 112 or CHEM 114 or CHEM 122 or CHEM 123 or CHEM 124 or CHEM 125.
