Virtual memory and memory management; code optimization; system-level I/O; concurrency: processes, threads, synchronization; introduction to network programming. Course Information: Extensive computer use required. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in CS 251 and Grade of C or better in CS 211; and CS 261.
