Provides on-site coaching, mentoring and classwork to support students' entry into Ed.D. residency, facilitates integration of coursework and leadership practices, and intensifies leadership learning throughout the year.Course Information: 4 hours. May be repeated to a maximum of 8 hours. Extensive computer use required. Prerequisite(s): Consent of the instructor.
