Teaching practicum in clinical dietetics and/or nutrition. Course Information: Extensive computer use required. Meets eight weeks of the semester. Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better or concurrent registration in HN 320 and Grade of C or better or concurrent registration in HN 420 or the equivalent, or consent of the instructor.
