LAW 485. Immigration Law and Procedure. 2 hours.

Addresses U.S. immigration, nationality, and naturalization laws. Topics include immigrant visas; grounds for removal and adjustment of status; refugee and asylum procedure. TADR 485. Clinic: Family Law and Domestic Violence Clinic. 3 hours.

Students work with survivors of domestic violence on: orders of protection; divorce; immigration, debt, and tax relief; housing and employment protections; criminal matters; and wills. Course Information: Previously listed as JD 276CLN. JD students may not complete more than 15 hours combined clinic and extern credit hours (including no more than 6 externship credit hours).
