Analyzes expenditures and revenues of state and local govts and public sector responses to market failures. Examines state and local revenue sources and discusses governmental provision of services. Course Information: Prerequisite(s): PA 504 and graduate or professional standing; and admission to the Master of Public Administration or Master of Public Policy or Master of Science in Civic Analytics program or consent of the instructor.
