A case-based class designed to introduce students to a range of approaches to thinking through hard ethical problems that arise in the daily life of classroom teachers. Course Information: Credit is not given for PHIL 435 if the student has credit in PHIL 131 or ED 131. Recommended background: Either a 100-level non-logic philosophy class or some classroom teaching experience.
