Prepares students to plan and manage health IT projects through strategic planning, project design, risk evaluation, and SDLC application, with hands-on practice in communication, change management, and workflow optimization. Course Information: Extensive computer use required. Meets eight weeks of the semester. Taught partially or fully online. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 44 semester hours of health information management coursework.
