Discuss how biomechanical forces are generated, the impact the forces have on cells and tissues, plus methods for studying them. BME 580. Principles of Bioinformatics. 4 hours.

Bioinformatics analysis of sequence, phylogeny, and molecular structure. Focus on probabilistic models and algorithms, as well as structural analysis.
