COTO 601. Fundamentals of Otolaryngology. 2 hours.
This rotation is a means for medical students to increase their exposure to Otolaryngology regardless of career paths. ENT complaints are some of the most common issues patients raise with their physicians. Course Information: Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 2nd Year.
COTO 606. Otolaryngology. 4 hours.
Students on this rotation will increase their exposure to otolaryngology and develop the knowledge and skill level to do the initial evaluation of diseases related to the head and neck. Course Information: Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 3rd Year.
COTO 680. Otolaryngology Sub-Internship. 4 hours.
This course provides a unique opportunity for students who have decided on a career in otolaryngology to have exposure to the unique aspects of caring for the otolaryngology patient. Course Information: Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 3rd Year.
COTO 690. Away Rotation in Otolaryngology. 1-15 hours.
An elective in Otolaryngology taken outside the University of Illinois College of Medicine with prior approval. Course Information: May be repeated. Students may enroll in more than one section per term. Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 3rd Year.
