RPAT 660. General Pathology. 2 hours.
For students who wish a more in-depth experience in the hospital practice of pathology. The major emphasis is usually on surgical pathology. Subspecialty areas such as hematology, coagulation, etc., Course Information: Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 3rd Year.
RPAT 662. Pathology - Forensic. 2-4 hours.
The student will become familiar with the death investigation activities of the coroner’s officec, learn what constitutes a "coroner’s case". Course Information: Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 3rd Year.
RPAT 690. Away Rotation in Pathology. 1-15 hours.
An elective in Pathology taken outside the University of Illinois College of Medicine with prior approval. Course Information: May be repeated. Students may enroll in more than one section per term. Field work required. Prerequisite(s): Completion of 3rd Year.
